The president of the firm, Mr. Joe K. Buerhop, is a licensed Professional Geologist with over 30 years of experience.
EAC has extensive experience in Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Site Assessments for the investigation of petroleum and non-petroleum impacts (Chapter 62-780 FAC), Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits, regulatory compliance and closure of storage tank systems (Chapters 62-761 and 62-762 FAC), management of hazardous waste (Chapter 63-730 FAC), and development of groundwater and surface water monitoring plans. Field services include soil, sediment, groundwater, and surface water sampling. EAC follows all Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and is proficient in EPA/FDEP STORET data management.
